Facing Slip application allows mail centers or departments to update mailing lists. Post Address Hygiene Mail centers or departments can update mailing lists upon receipt of mail. Each package contains a facing slip with the names of individuals within that package. The recipient can make changes on the facing slip (e.g., person no longer at institution) and send the information via fax or email. The recipient also has the option to submit updates online. A unique FSP Reference code will be assigned and printed on either the slip or each mail place. Pre Address Hygiene Prior to the mailing, the mail centers or departments can update mailing lists online. IMN will generate an unique FSP Reference code by institution by mailer.
