Intra-Mail Network ("IMN") expedites delivery of mail to institutions using its patented technology, Campus-Class ™. This proprietary and USPS-approved process provides mailers the most efficient and economical way to reach institutions (e.g., colleges, universities, hospitals, government, and corporations). Campus-Class presorts and firms (groups by organization) mail to ensure the material maintains the line of travel based on the institutional delivery scheme. Maintaining the integrity of the "Last Mile" guarantees the mail piece reaches the hands of the intended recipient.

To streamline paper and electronic transmissions, the people at Intra-Mail Network:
• Evaluate delivery locations and volume by institutional mail center;
• Determine the most cost-effective mailing strategy based on mail size and destination;
• Presort records within and across institutions for swift, accurate delivery of individual pieces; and
• Notify institutional mail centers on the particulars of upcoming mailings.

In Electronic Transmission
• Analyze the click and open rates by institutions,;
• Convert all media to electronic format for online viewing and easy downloading, ;and
• Electronically transmit all types of media to the most accurate email locations.

Different types of paper mail streams:

Firm Bundling Delivery
IMN electronically groups records by organization and assigns a unique site ID. The Campus-Class technology gathers intelligence to develop a packaging strategy that takes advantage of the USPS bundle pricing whereby the USPS charges postage per bundle and not individual pieces within the bundle. Without this technology, mailers will pay postage for the individual piece and incur higher mail costs. IMN has one of the highest bundling conversion rates among other data processors or printers in the country. (This strategy works for Periodicals or materials > 23 pages)
Priority Mail & Open Distribute (PMOD) Delivery
Priority Mail Open & Distribute (PMOD) Delivery - IMN electronically groups records by organization and assigns a unique site ID. The Campus-Class technology gathers intelligence to print and sort mail in a priority mail tray/box. Based on our packaging strategy, USPS charges postage for the tray/box and not individual pieces within the container. IMN is able to help mailers reduce mail delivery expenses since the tray/box cost is a fraction of the individual piece cost. (This strategy works for letters, postcards, or materials < 24 pages)
Palletized Delivery
IMN electronically groups records by organization and assigns a unique site ID. The Campus-Class technology gathers intelligence to print and stack on a skid/pallet. IMN has been approved to ship mail via freight to hundreds of institutions and organizations. A private freight company delivers the material directly to the institution/company. Freight cost analysis, which includes the piece weight and the origin and destination site, is reviewed prior to shipping. The palletization process reduces postage cost. (This strategy works for materials > 1 lb. and sizeable volume to a particular organization.)
